The exchange rates are subjected to change and fluctuate on daily basis. Therefore, it is not easy to get the best exchange rates on regular basis. The exchange rate gives the value of a currency in another. The best values of a currency in terms of another can be obtained by converting a currency into another. There are several reasons that cause fluctuation in the exchange rates.

Foreign debts: It is one of the main reasons that affect the exchange rate of a country. For instance, if a country has borrowed substantial amount from the IMF and similar international banks, its exchange rate depreciates gradually. Meanwhile if the country has very less foreign debts or no foreign debts, it will have the best exchange rates in the international market.
Trade Balance: This is another reason that causes the fluctuation in foreign currency rate. For instance, if a country imports more than export, the rates will be low meanwhile if the exports are more than import, it will have better exchange rates.
These are two of many reasons causing fluctuation in exchange rates in the money market. If every condition is favored to a country, it will have the best exchange rates.
